Introduction
Sri Vani School of Pharmacy, better known as Sri Vani educational society Group of institutions, came into being in the year 2009 .This was registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act in the same year.
Pharmacy is the science and technique of preparing and dispensing drugs. It is a health profession that links health sciences with chemical sciences and aims to ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs.
The scope of pharmacy practice includes more traditional roles such as compounding and dispensing medications, and it also includes more modern services related to health care, including clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information. Pharmacists, therefore, are the experts on drug therapy and are the primary health professionals who optimize use of medication for the benefit of the patients.
HOD Message
With extreme pleasure, I on behalf of Sri Vani School of Pharmacy, Chevuturu , welcome all the aspirants to our Institute. Pharmaceutical Science as a field is known to be highly competitive and demanding and is always on a lookout for professionals equipped with contemporary skills. In order to meet the new age demands, the institute is continuously upgrading the facilities and infrastructure so as to enable the faculty to tune the students to prepare themselves for the challenging opportunities available in pharmaceutical sector.
The faculty boasts of highly qualified and experienced teachers and the department has a very conductive academic environment Adequate emphasis is laid on the development of an overall personality of the students for which co-curricular and extra- curricular activities are held from time to time in the Institution. Our students are continuously gaining recognition in various facets of the profession and are making their family, institution and the society proud. I hope they continue to strive harder and perform better in the years to come to complete with the current needs in pharmaceutical industry.
We are striving to reduce the gap between industry and academics by placing our students and a wide range of Pharmaceutical industries.
